AUSTRALIAN TECHNOLOGY PARK
TMC 2011 will be held at Australian Technology Park, 2 Locomotive Street, Eveleigh NSW. It is about 5km from Sydney's central business district,
8km from Sydney airport and
within 200m of Sydney’s rail network.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation for 2011 Technical & Maintenance Conference will be managed by OzAccom, which is able to offer the best rates of the day subject to availability. Select the 'Accommodation' button.
CANCELLATIONS
Any alterations and cancellations to the conference registrations must be notified in writing to the Australian Trucking Association. Cancellations before 19 September will incur a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be given to delegates cancelling after 19 September, but a substitute delegate will be accepted.
CASTROL AWARDS DINNER & PRESENTATION OF THE CRAIG ROSENEDER AWARD
The Craig Roseneder Award for Technical & Maintenance Excellence in the workshop will be presented at the Castrol Awards Dinner at Australian Technology Park, 7:00 pm Tuesday 16 October. Nominations for the award close on 20 September. Visit www.ataevents.net.au/awards
Who was Craig Roseneder? The award is named in honour of the late Craig Roseneder, who was devoted to the development of a safer Australian road transport industry.

DRESS CODE
For the Castrol Awards Dinner, lounge suit please. Smart casual wear during the conference sessions. The October daily average in Sydney is 22˚C, so bring a cardy just in case.
GETTING TO AUSTRALIAN TECHNOLOGY PARK
Bus - routes 301-305
Car - undercover parking is available at 8 Central Avenue, off Garden Street Eveleigh (a block from the venue). 3 hours or more costs $30.00. The actual cost of daily parking however, will include the fee charged for overnight parking at your hotel, in the range of $25 to $30 per night.
Taxi - nearby hotels in the Central area are 10 minutes away by cab.
Train - all trains from the city and suburbs travel via Redfern Railway Station. Australian Technology Park is only 200 metres away and has direct access from Platform 10.
GOING HOME
Free coach shuttles will take delegates to Sydney airport, leaving the conference by 4:30pm. The earliest flight to book would depart after 6:00pm.

Eveleigh Railway Workshop History Tour
Australian Technology Park is a unique office and events centre. The Eveleigh Railway Yard is its centre-piece. The workshops are some of the finest historic railway engineering workshops in the world. Eveleigh contains one of the most complete late 19th century and early 20th century forge installations, and collection of cranes and power systems. Tickets are $20.00.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Full Delegate registrations and Single Day Delegate registrations include lunches, entry to the exhibition and all advertised program sessions.
Castrol Awards Dinner - 7.00pm - 11.00pm, Tuesday 16 October, Australian Technology Park. The evening includes entertainment, gourmet menu, refreshments, and the presentation of the Craig Roseneder Award. Dress code is lounge suit for the gentlemen. Tickets are included with Full Registrations (RSVP required). Additional tickets may be purchased.
AllRig function - a load of fun and a fantastic way to conclude a day of conference sessions. The event is included in Full registrations and the relevant Single Day registrations.
