A multi streamed program will allow delegates to choose from a range of sessions to suit your own interests or specialisation. Some of the sessions are run more than once to allow delegates a second bite if there is more than one topic of interest running at the same time.
The first afternoon offers interesting insights into alternative fuels. Alternative fuels are already in use by fleets around Australia. This session features a number of fleet operators talking about their experience with the use and maintenance of LNG, CNG, biofuels and hybrid engines.
The next session in the same stream covers Smartway – saving fuel, saving emissions, saving money.
Reducing your fuel usage is something everyone wants to do. The SmartWay system and other similar schemes focus on the ways in which we can do this with better driving styles, reduced aerodynamic drag, better engine and drive train maintenance as well as tyre choice and maintenance.
