Opening Doors For Your Career

Tony Rawson, winner of the 2008 Craig Roseneder Award, wrote to us reflecting some of the reasons it is well worth the effort to nominate for this great industry award, which is presented at the TMC.

 ”Being part of the ATA TMC for many years and knowing the calibre of the members who are in the industry I am in awe that I have been part of this. I have always looked at the winners of the Craig Roseneder Award and thought how they must feel and how good it would be to be firstly nominated and then actually winning the award.
“Being acknowledged by your peers and the industry for something you do daily as part of your job, makes me feel great. I think the award is not only acknowledging my skills but also the people I have worked with who have helped me along the way.

“Attending the American Trucking Association TMC was an excellent opportunity to see how it’s done elsewhere, the problems they face are no different to ours, however the way they approach them has given me a better understanding of how to approach technical issues at home, update my team and hopefully support the industry in a better way.” Tony Rawson – 2008 Craig Roseneder Award Winner
