Leading businesses get behind 2009 TMC

The 2009 Technical and Maintenance Conference is continuing to take shape, with plenty of businesses throwing their support behind the event.

To be held at Silverwater Resort on Phillip Island in Victoria from 15 to 17 November, the conference has already attracted the attention of some of the leading businesses in the trucking industry.

Continuing its support of the TMC, Castrol have once again signed on as major sponsors. The company has also renewed its sponsorship of the Craig Roseneder Award, which recognises technical and maintenance excellence in the workshop.

Also in attendance will be Epsom Express, Paccar, BPW Transpec, Jost, Cummins, Groeneveld Australia, Wesfarmers Energy, Volvo Trucks, Complete Steering and National Transport Insurance.

Registration for the 2009 TMC is only $765 plus accommodation, but by booking now, you can take advantage of the $70 early bird discount. As an added bonus, groups of three or more, who register together, will receive an additional $50 off per booking.

Unlike previous years, the 2009 Conference will be fully self-contained, with registration including:

  • All sessions from Sunday to Tuesday;
  • Sunday lunch voucher and barbecue dinner;
  • Monday and Tuesday - breakfast and lunch;
  • Morning and afternoon tea;
  • Castrol Awards Presentation Dinner (Monday night); and
  • Complimentary return bus service from Melbourne.
