Delegates who register for the 2009 Australian Trucking Convention before 19th December this year will be in the draw to win a fabulous Gold Coast holiday package.
The package includes two nights accommodation at the luxurious Gold Coast Sofitel in Broadbeach, plus Seaworld passes for a family of four.
The 2009 Australian Trucking Convention will be held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre from Tuesday 21- Friday 24 April 2009.
ATA Chairman Trevor Martyn said those who register early will also benefit from the savings that can be made under the Convention early bird offer.
“By registering as a full delegate in the early bird registration period, delegates will save $100 off the normal registration fee, and of course they have a chance to win a great prize right in time for Christmas,” Mr Martyn said.
“Savings can also be made by registering a group or by bringing a friend.
“Given the fabulous location this year’s Convention, delegates should also consider bringing their families and making a holiday of their trip to the Gold Coast,” he said.
Mr Martyn said the program for this year’s Convention has been designed with the needs of the industry in mind.
“The Australian Trucking Convention is a valuable opportunity for fleet owners and managers’ employees, transport clients, industry suppliers, government representatives and other industry stakeholders, to keep up to date with the latest regulatory, technological, safety and business developments in the trucking industry,” Mr Martyn said.
“In developing the program we have achieved a good balance between social events and informative sessions; delegates should be able to take valuable information back to their operations, while enjoying a great event on the Gold Coast,” he said.
