Partner Hotels for the 2008 Australian Trucking Convention are providing great discounts for delegates as part of our block booking.

The hotels each offer a unique environment and each one has its distinct advantages. The Hotels are all in walking distance to Canberra's central shopping district.

Complimentary coach transfers are provided between the Convention centre and the Rydges, Saville and Novotel Hotels. Transfers are provided from all hotels to the Auction Night and Gala Awards Dinner and for the Partner’s Program.

Please note that none of our bookings include breakfast or other meals, any of which can be arranged directly with the hotel.

The ATA will make your reservation on your behalf to secure the discount rate. However you must provide valid credit card details which will be used to secure your room. In some cases the hotel will deduct the first night’s room charges as a security deposit.

All convention attendees are responsible for paying their own costs at the point of checkout. Failure to arrive on the agreed check in date at any of the partner hotels will see the convention attendee liable for accommodation costs (unless the Convention organisers have been notified in writing of the accommodation change at least five days prior to the convention opening.

Crowne Plaza Canberra
