Training Excellence Award
Recognising the commitment of a trucking organisation to the training and development of all employees including the implementation of a structured training system and demonstrated organisational performance improvement.
Criteria
The nominee for this award must be a private/pubic sector organisation – not an individual - associated with the Australian trucking industry. It must have:
- formal employee training policies and procedures;
- a sample employee training plan;
- evidence of implementation of structured training for all employees over the last 3 years; and
- demonstrated positive effect on organisational performance.
