Outstanding Contribution to the Australian Trucking Industry

 

Recognising the commitment of an individual or organisation to improving the trucking industry through their operation or contribution to industry activities.

Criteria

The nominees for this award must be an individual or a private/public sector organisation associated with the Australian trucking industry. They must demonstrate:

  • long-term participation in road transport;
  • personal and/or corporate commitment to achieving positive benefits for the industry through actions;
  • a proven commitment to raising both community and industry awareness and appreciation of trucking;
  • in the case of an individual, a selfless attitude which has resulted in personal cost;
  • in the case of an organisation, a commitment to achieving benefits for road transport that has incurred an organisational cost; and
  • a demonstrated reputation for integrity and ethical behaviour in trucking.
