The 2008 Awards are:

National Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Australian Trucking Industry

Recognising the commitment of an individual or organisation to improving the trucking industry through their operation or contribution to industry activities.

National Professional Driver of the Year Award

Recognising the outstanding performance of a professional truck driver, including driving skill, attitude and contribution to industry development.

National Australian Trucking Industry Woman of the Year Award

Recognising the strong professional contribution made by a woman within the trucking industry.

Training Excellence Award

Recognising the commitment of a trucking organisation to the training and development of all employees including the implementation of a structured training system and demonstrated organisational performance improvement.
